Pricing FAQ
Billing counts each distinct product ID in your catalog feed as one product. Variant SKUs, such as size or color, count as one when they share a parent product ID. A catalog with 80K parent IDs and 400K SKUs fits Starter.
Starter and Growth include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is needed to begin. At trial end, you will be asked for payment details to continue. Your data and configuration remain whether you convert or not.
The ranking engine keeps running across your full catalog. We will notify you and ask you to upgrade. No higher rate is charged without your confirmation. You have 14 days to decide before ranking is throttled to the plan limit.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated by day. Downgrades begin with the next billing cycle. Annual subscribers may upgrade anytime; downgrading from annual requires a conversation before renewal.
The ranking API is available on Growth and Scale. Starter customers use a platform connector only, Shopify or WooCommerce. Contact us if you need API access on Starter, and we will review your use case.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and Australian customers receive AUD invoices. International customers may request USD or EUR invoicing on Growth and Scale. Contact us about international pricing.
